Quick Pay $99 will have processing fees and requires a credit card for pre-payment at the time of appointment booking.

What if I want to use my insurance?

If you elect to use your insurance, the $99 will be a refundable deposit. Co-pay or co-insurance payment will be expected at the time of payment. Your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance for insurance verification. If we are unable to verify your insurance, the $99 will serve as payment for the visit. A receipt can be given for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance company.
